Trade and Business Customers.
We have been dealing with Business Customers from the Watch Trade for over 25 years. We welcome this and there are certain discounts, special offers and considerations that are only available to Trade and Business.
We make these special considerations for Trade and Business Customers, as over the years we have learned that it is generally much easier to deal with those in the Watch Trade. There is also a certain amount of Trust and Respect between those involved in the Watch Trade, this is something that we greatly appreciate.
Should you as a Consumer make an offer on one of our watches and we agree to give a discount, then this will usually be considered to be a ‘Trade’ offer/discount and you will accept that your contract will be considered to be bound by our Trade and Business terms and conditions. Similarly, if you come in to our Store and ask ’What is the ‘Trade’ discount on this Watch’ you may be given a discounted price, but you will then be bound by our Trade and Business terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are different from those of a normal Consumer (one who is not involved in the Watch Trade or Business). If you have a problem of any kind with one of our watches as a Trade or Business Customer we will do our utmost to deal with the problem quickly and to the very best of our ability. Communication is they key, if you talk to us you will find that we go out of our way to make all of our Customers happy, so if you do have an issue please call us and we will immediately try to help solve it to your satisfaction.
As a Trade or Business Customer when you purchase our goods, you are entitled to certain cancellation rights
: You will normally be unable to return the Goods unless they do not conform in all material respects with their description.
You will normally be unable to return the Goods unless they are not free from material defects in design, material and workmanship (other than ones that you were advised of at the time of placing an order.
You will normally be unable to return the Goods unless they are not of satisfactory quality (within the meaning stated in the Sale of Goods Act 1979).
You will normally be unable to return the goods unless they are not fit for any purpose held out by us (within the meaning stated in the Sale of Goods Act 1979).
You will normally be unable to return the goods if you were specifically informed before sale of any material defect in design, material or workmanship of the goods.
You will have reasonable time to inspect and examine the Goods and given the nature of the Goods, we consider that seven calendar days after the delivery of the Goods is reasonable.
This does not affect merchant guarantees and other express warranties that are given to you at the time of purchase. These Terms also apply to any repaired or replacement Goods supplied by us to you.
Any Refunds offered, either full or partial, will be entirely at our own discretion. Any Exchanges offered, either full or partial, will be entirely at our own discretion. As a Trade or Business Customer you will be expected to have a good understanding of the item that you are buying. We can not be expected to take responsibility of any kind if you have made a purchase from us due to due to lack of knowledge or inexperience in the Watch Trade.
If you are unsure in any respect of the item that you intend to purchase please ensure that you ask us for help and/or advice before you purchase. We will with pleasure spend as much time as required with you as a Trade or Business Customer in order to advise you on your potential purchase. After purchase you will be expected to abide by our Trade and Business terms as described here. We guarantee that you will be treated professionally and courteously before, during and after purchase, the only thing that we ask is that you as a Trade or Business Customer do the same for us.
