VINTAGE 1959 OMEGA HAND-WOUND CALIBRE 610 CALENDAR, WATCH STAINLESS-STEEL IN SUPER CONDITION

Vintage 1959 Omega hand-wound calibre 610 calendar, watch stainless-steel in super condition.

This very pretty gentlemen’s Omega is a great example of the companies range of dress watches produced during the late 1950’s and 1960’s.

Manufactured in 1959, this particular watch uses the calibre 610 hand-wound movement with calendar, which is of exceptional quality. With 17 jewels, micrometer adjust regulator and adjusted to two positions. The movement is in ‘as-new’ condition, as good as when it left the factory in 1959.

The stainless steel case is very slim, measuring 33.5mm across the bezel, not including the crown and 39mm tip-to-tip. The case is in excellent condition, with no dings or serious scratches and the bezel is perfect, with none of the wear or dings that they usually have. The original satin silvered dial is very nice indeed, the contrasting polished silver baton divisions and sword hands are also in excellent condition.

The original crown is still present and in perfect condition with no wear.

The watch looks superb on the wrist and we have fitted a new quality crocodile-grain strap to this charming gentlemen’s Omega.
